Frequently Asked Questions
How can I purchase & preorder a Farm Fresh Christmas Tree?
Our harvest starts on Monday 1st December and finishes on the 21st December, 2025. Pre-Order your tree by going to our website and use the “Book Now” button on our Contact Us page. Book a convenient time to come to the farm and choose your tree. A $50 deposit will be required on booking. This will be taken off the price of your Christmas Tree on day of collection. The time chosen can be changed (if available) closer to Christmas if required by contacting the farm.
I have pre-ordered a Christmas Tree. What happens now?
Visit our farm on the day & time you have chosen. Trees will only be cut, once you arrive at the farm and you choose your tree. You can then watch it being cut down and netted ready for your journey home.
Do you accept “Walk Ins” for Cut Christmas Trees?
No, we don’t. You must pre-order using our Booking System before you arrive at the farm.
How long do your Christmas Trees last?
Up to 4 weeks if they are cared for correctly. Our Tree Care Plan is available at the farm. Please note that as it is impossible for us to know whether you have carefully followed our tree care tips, we are unable to refund or replace your Christmas Tree if it doesn’t last the full 4 weeks.
Picking a Tree size?
Be sure to measure your space at home where you are going to put your tree, both height & width. It’s a good idea to display your tree in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, air conditioners & heat sources as they will last longer.
How can I get my tree home?
Your tree will be put through a baling machine, which condenses the size of your tree using net. Your tree will fit in a standard car, if your back seats can fold down through to the boot, alternatively you can bring a rope & tarp to tie your tree down if putting in a utility or trailer.
Do you deliver your farm fresh trees?
Pick up is directly from farm only. We do not deliver as we believe it is a truly special experience coming to our farm and picking your very own Christmas Tree.
How do I stand my Tree?
Preferably, by using a purpose made Christmas Tree Stand such as a Cinco or Tree Nest brand which caters for the size you have purchased. We have both available for purchase at the farm. Or alternatively in a bucket of water with rocks to hold the tree in place.
Do you have Potted Christmas Trees?
Yes, we do we will have potted trees in various sizes and pricing. These are available from the farm commencing 1st December. No Book in time required. Pricing will be posted on our Facebook page closer to December. Please note, Opening hours for potted trees.
Wednesday 7 – 11.30 am (Farm closed 11.30 onwards)
Thursday – Tuesday 7am to 11.30 and 1pm to 5pm
The Sunshine Coast Christmas Tree Farm does not provide a warranty on live trees. Once they leave the farm it is your responsibility to keep them alive.
Requirements when visiting the farm?
Please bring a hat, sunscreen, shoes and of course your Christmas spirit. A tarp or blanket would be handy in the car to assist when transporting your tree home. Unfortunately bringing your dog is not allowable as we have our own farm dog and cattle on this farm.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Strictly no refunds on our Christmas Trees (Potted or Cut) once they leave the farm. However, refunds on deposits paid for Cut Christmas Trees maybe provided in certain circumstances, please contact the farm.
Can I make a change to my order?
Yes, if you arrive at the farm and decide on a larger tree, you can upgrade if we have plenty of trees available at the time.

5ft (1.4m) $120
6ft (1.8m) $140
7ft (2.1m) $160
8ft (2.4m) $180
Larger trees may be available, please contact the farm.
